Training

During 2006 Procomer had its first Supplier Exchange Forum which was intended to train managers of multinational firms in supply chain best policies around the world. In the forum participated international panelist from universities, world class companies, recognized writers and members of the Council of Supply Chain Management Professionals.

Also in last year the suppliers got a very specific training on management and lean manufacturing.

Also Costa Rica Provee started a pilot program for technical assistance (PAAT) of three commercial linkages between SME and its multinational customers. The program is intended to enhance their relationship through the improvement of very specific issues on the supplier side but also on the entire supply chain process of both companies.
